How do I shop at Krappy?
Shopping at Krappy is safe, fun and easy. Browse through the products categories and when you find a product that tickles your fancy simply click the product image for more info. To add a product to the shopping cart click the "Buy Me” button. The cart holds your product selections and allows you to update your products. You can continue to browse and add new products to your cart at any time.

Going through the checkout
When you're ready to purchase click on the Checkout button at the bottom of the Shopping Cart, and follow the simple 4 step secure checkout process. Here you will be asked for your details, the delivery address and your credit card information. When you place your order you will receive a printable receipt with a unique order number and an email confirming your order.

How safe are my credit card details?
Shopping at krappy.com is safe and secure. Your credit card details are automatically encrypted and sent securely over the internet. We do not share your details with anyone else. Our system automatically encrypts all your details using the latest SSL encryption technology, so your details are safe and secure. You can tell it's secure by the web address that starts with 'https://' and a small padlock displayed in the bottom of the browser window (usually bottom left). See our Privacy Policy below.

Start your own account
For your convenience we have a My Account facility that allows you to store your details to fast track ordering. Here you can access and update all your personal information. If you want to change your password, credit card details, delivery addresses, or just check your purchase history, this is where you go. You can also subscribe and unsubscribe to the Krappy newsletter.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are a great present that allows the recipient to choose their own gift. You can add any number of gift vouchers to your cart for payment at the checkout. To purchase a gift voucher go to Gift Vouchers and follow the instructions.

Delivery

Our products are shipped from Australia. We happily deliver worldwide.

Delivery in Australia

We deliver Australia wide using Australia Post. Please allow 2 - 5 working days for delivery to metro areas. Regional areas may take a few days longer. The delivery cost for each order is a flat rate of $6.00 AUD, regardless of the quantity of items, payable when you place your order.

Delivery outside Australia

We love to get orders from outside Australia. When you place your order we’ll contact you to confirm delivery arrangements and cost. The total cost of your order can not be determined until this is done. There are a range of options including an express courier service. Product Availability
Generally, all our listed products are in stock, however we can not guarantee that all products will be available. In the event that an out of stock product is ordered you will be notified about the status of the product and your order. In some cases we may need to order in an out of stock product, and we'll inform you of the expected time. Some products are limited and once sold out will not be available.

Packaging
Krappy products are packaged in our stylish brown cardboard boxes and recycled brown paper. We use bubble wrap and other materials to ensure the products arrive in one piece.

Payment options.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard credit cards. For each transaction you make you will receive a printable receipt and a confirmation email of your order. Please note that this does not confirm our acceptance of your order in any way. For security reasons each order is manually checked, once your details and credit card information are verified and product availability is confirmed your order will be sent to you. If for some reason your payment details can not be verified, we will advise you by email and ask if you wish to proceed with the order by re-submitting credit card details. Your credit card details are Safe & Secure.

Tax charges for Australian customers
All prices are in Australian dollars [AUD] with GST included. During the checkout process the relevant GST charges will be clearly displayed in your order and your receipt.

Taxes / Duties for Overseas Customers
If you are purchasing from a country outside Australia then tax will not be applied to your order. To calculate the price in your currency, you need to subtract 10% from the price and use the current exchange rate to convert the price into your currency. Cancelling an order
We will accept cancellation if the order has not been sent. If your order has been processed, paid for and sent we will not accept cancellation but we'll accept the goods back as a "return" - see our Returns Policy below. You can cancel an order by contacting us at sales@krappy.com or calling +61 2 9817 1738 during office hours. Please include the order number in your communication.

All transactions processed through Krappy.com are encrypted, and our secure server software is the industry standard for secure e-commerce transactions. Returns and refunds
In the rare event that the product you ordered is faulty you may return it to Krappy within 21 days from receipt of the goods. As long as the product is in its original resaleable condition it may be replaced to the same value, or a full refund processed to your credit card. We will pay delivery costs in the case of a replaced damaged or faulty product.

To return a product, please include the packaging slip that you received with your order and indicate the reason for the return. Send the returned product to the Krappy address listed on the packaging slip. See Contact Us for our snail mail address.
